Root Cause of the Problem:
Biodiversity loss is accelerating rapidly, yet it receives comparatively little attention, funding, or urgency. Economic systems that drive environmental degradation continue largely unchanged, reinforcing extractive practices. Nature is treated as external to economic value creation, which limits serious investment in biodiversity preservation and restoration and leaves species loss inadequately addressed.
